Please note that if you are using Firefox 3.0, you may see a warning about our website certificate when trying to connect to NeuroGrid Portal. The reason is that our certificate is signed by NeuroGrid Authority, which is not in the standard list of trusted certificate issuers. That does not mean our website is less secure, because we use the same protocol the trusted certificate issuers use.

1. The warning you see is similar to Image 1. Please follow the link to add an exception.
2. Then, as shown in Image 2, you need to click the "Get Certificate" button first. Then view it.
3. Now, as shown in Image 3, you can click "Confirm Security Exception" and permanently store this exception.
